The shooting of Endhiran (aka) Enthiran - The Robot has been moving on in and around Chennai recently. Since Rajinikanth is shooting in Chennai, he like to eat homemade food prepared by his wife Latha Rajinikant in the shooting spot. Every day, Rajni’s aide delivers huge portions of piping hot and tasty food. And of course, our super starRajni shares his lunch with Aishwarya Rai, Shankar, and a few other unit members too! Reportedly, an inquisitive Aishwarya, who loves eating South Indian food, keeps asking Rajni’s aide about how each dish is prepared and the right way of pronouncing its name! Also, superstar is said to share books on philosophy which he loves to read - with Aishwarya Rai and Shankar! It looks like Aishwarya Rai is going to return home enriched with a profound knowledge in philosophy, theology and South Indian cuisine!

Yogi B to sing a song for Rajini in Enthiran The Robot

Yogi B, a malaysian pop singer from the band 'Nakchatra' is one who sung super hit songs such as "Happy New Year" from Vijay starrer 'Kuruvi' movie and "Engaeyum Eppodhum" a remix from 'Pollathavan' movie has become very much popular in south. Now, according to reliable sources, Yogi B is now roped in a song for the shankar's magnum opus movie “Endhiran” starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan whose music is being composed by A.R. Rehman.

Rajini Fans performs special pooja for Endhiran movie success

In a small town at Nellai District, some of the die-hard fans of Superstar Rajinikanth performs special pooja for Rajini's next big venture "Enthiran- The Robot". The pooja is done on behalf of the Palayamkottai Rajini Fans Club members for the bug success of the film. Thus, the rajini fans shows their respect and love on their hero, Superstar Rajinikanth.

From Kollywood To Hollywood: Sun Pictures to deal with HBO for Endhiran The Robot

Sizzling news is that the producers of ‘Endhiran’ are about to seal a deal with the widely known English channel HBO to release Super Star’s movie into western countries. If they do make it come true, it is a first for Indian cinema to achieve such a mega opening.

This is nothing new to Rajini’s shows though as his movies like ‘Muthu’ raked in huge profits from countries like Japan and of course his recent ‘Sivaji’ which ranked among the top ten movies in UK.

As lots of movements and scenes are seen done, we are able to slowly grab the bits and pieces of the movie’s likely plot. So far it is known that it is a dual role by Rajini in this show, one as a scientist and another as a robot he creates! I have to say that is going to be interesting cos scientific movies are not exactly tested with Tamil audiences so we’ll have to wait to see the response.

Also another sizzling news will be the purchase of a Mercedes at a price of 90 Lakhs. That’s closing in to about 200K USD so I am expecting that car model to be at least a CLK or it’s S series luxury class. With a high tech story and a high tech car, I am guessing it is going to turn out to be a car with functions the equivalence to a James Bond car!

Rajini rejoice the successful launch of Chandrayan

A key scene of Endhiran was shot recently at the Vellore Institute of Technology. In the scene, a large crowded people along with Rajini were seen standing expectantly in front of a giant screen and then suddenly erupting into applause. The scene was reminiscent to the expression of joy that was seen in the ISRO offices after the successful launch of Chandrayan.

In Endhiran, Rajinikanth playing dual role, a scientist as well as the robot. In a scene that followed, Rajini was seen briefing the press and telling them that this was the first time that a robot had produced an offspring and this was most certainly one of the landmarks of science.

Robotic reproduction is something that has not been imagined even in Hollywood which churns out futuristic sci-fis every year. All credit to Shankar and the late Sujatha for this out of the world idea.

After completing the schedule at Vellore, the Endhiran unit is set to move to Kulu Manali for the next schedule.

Shankar's next mega venture Endhiran (Enthiran) The Robot staring Superstar Rajinikant and the 'Green Eye' Gorgeous Aiswharya Rai Bachchan shooting took place recently at Katpadi. Sequences where Rajni teasing Aishwarya Rai were shot at at the Technology Tower in the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). Rajnikanth enjoyed the Ambur Biriyani and Ambur Peda during his stay there. Now, the entire crew of Endhiran is likely to shift to Kullu Manali to shoot a song and few scenes for the film.

Buzz is that an important scene featuring Rajini and Aishwarya Rai together will be shot in a imported, brand new high-end Benz car, purchased at Rs 90 lakh for the scene. Rajni is also said to be working out with a rigorous schedule, to fit the role of a scientist and a robot (the actor plays two roles in the movie), and to also look slim and fit for his songs with Ash.
